SUBJECT : Spot Report re Anti-Illegal Gambling (Violation of

Municipal Ordinance No. 257)

DATE : June 21, 2019

1. Please be informed that at about 2: 20 PM of June 21, 2019,

information reached this office that an alleged illegal gambling was in progress at
Brgy Bulala, Bacnotan, La Union (Grid Coordinates: 16.731659, 120.348536). At
about 2: 30 PM of same date personnel of this station immediately conducted police
operation that resulted to the arrest of the following persons namely: Wilma
Esperon y Bucsit, 57 years old, married, and Shirley Esperon y Bucsit, 47 years
old, married and Lawrence Licudo y Esperon, 42 years old, single all residents of
Brgy Bulala, Bacnotan, La Union while playing bet cards (Tong-its). Confiscated
during the said operation were Seven (7) pieces Twenty Peso bill, Five (5) pieces
Five Peso coin and Seven (7) pieces One peso Coin amounting to One Hundred
Seventy Two Pesos (172, 00 php) and One (1) set playing card.
