Goal: Skilled Teachers

 Every teacher will use Google Classroom as a form of instructional communication inside and outside the classroom.
Evaluation Method: The administrative team will evaluate Success Indicator: To reach Level III where the teacher
each teacher semi-annually based on the Georgia Teacher Keys consistently plans using state and local school district
Effective System (TKES) Standard 2 – Instructional Planning curricula and standards, effective strategies, resources,

 Implement the TIM-O Matrix to closely monitor technology integration under instructional change. The TIM-O Matrix
classifies technology use as active, collaborative, constructive, authentic, and goal-directed in five different levels –
entry, adoption, adaptation, infusion, and transformation.
Evaluation Method: The administrative team will evaluate Success Indicator: To reach Level III where the teacher
