Sir,
In reference to the captioned subject, we would like to share the point wise reply which
will justify your concern regarding the availment of ITC.

1. We M/s Value Plus Retail Private Limited deals in Consumer Electronics through
distribution & retail stores.
2. We have 5 stores & 1 Warehouse in the state of Uttarakhand through which we
are selling the products.
3. For this, we have to maintain a large stock consolidating all locations which is
around 7 crores at all the time.
4. We are dealing with almost all the renowned brands in electronics market such
as Samsung, Diakin, Carrier, LG, Haier, Panasonic, Whirlpool, etc.
5. Almost all of our ITC accrued through these above mentioned brands which in my
opinion are regular in paying taxes & returns.
6. We are regularly & timely filing of all the returns.
7. We are sharing you the data in GSTR 3B & GSTR 2A in Excel format along with the
details of invoices as per the format provided for the period mentioned in the
letter.
In our opinion this will solve your purpose. If any more information & documents are
required we will be happy to provide the same.
