A RESOLUTION ADOPTING LEAD-BC REGULATORY BOARD
RESOLUTION NO. 2009-01, A RESOLUTION REQUESTING
THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD TO AMEND CITY
ORDINANCE NO. 2008-01, ARTICLE IX, SECTION 80, ITEM
NO. 2 (CITY GYM SPACE RENTAL) FROM P 10.00 PER
SQUARE METER TO P 4.00 PER SQUARE METER PER DAY.

WHEREAS, referred to this Committee for adoption is the LEAD-BC

Regulatory Board Resolution No. 2009-01, a resolution requesting the
Sangguniang Panlungsod to amend City Ordinance No. 2008-01, Article IX,
Section 80, Item No. 2 (City Gym Space Rental) from P 10.00 per square meter
to P 4.00 per square meter per day;

WHEREAS, after a thorough study and extensive deliberations, this

Committee finds the LEAD-BC Board Resolution No. 2009-01 meritorious and
appropriate given the business conditions under which the leaseholders of stalls
in the City Gym are operating;

WHEREAS, it is the consistent policy of the City to actively support the

Business Sector in our common pursuit of economic development by installing
mechanisms aimed to ease the burden in their business operations.

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the 1st Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its 84 th

Regular Session assembled, to adopt LEAD-BC Regulatory Board Resolution
No. 2009-01, a resolution requesting the Sangguniang Panlungsod to amend
City Ordinance No. 2008-01, Article IX, Section 80, Item No. 2 (City Gym Space
Rental) from P 10.00 per square meter to P 4.00 per square meter per day.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to provide copies of this Resolution be
