Sample Plan of Action – Brand
Infringement

Greetings,

I have received a notification in my seller central account

stating my selling privileges have been temporarily
suspended due to Brand Infringement. I have checked
the notification and see that there are a few listings that
have caused this.

Please know, I have instructed my staff to conduct a

thorough check of the inventory in question and remove
any listing/information that is causing infringement. We
are also identifying suppliers who have provided us these
products and are in the process of removing them.

In order to prevent this from happening in future, I will

make sure my team is well trained on Amazon policies
and I will also keep a dedicated staff to keep a check on
my inventory for trademarks etc. to make sure no
infringements take place.
