REQUIREMENTS FOR CHINA BUSINESS VISA

2nd & 3rd Floor, the World Center, 330 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City,
Metro Manila, Philippines.
1. Visa Application Form Duly completed and signed type the answer in capital
English letters in the space provided. Do not leave any field blank. Type N/A if the
item does not apply. Application form of minors must be signed by their parents
or legal guardians.
2. Original passport at least 6months validity after the end of the planned journey.,
at least two (2) adjacent free pages.
3. All Previous Passports if the old passport is lost the applicant must submit
affidavit of loss or if the applicant never holds a passport before a letter of
explanation stating that the current passport is the only passport that the
applicant has must be submitted.
4. Two (2) in 48mm x 33mm sized photo front view with white background, without
head covering. Please see specific photo requirements attached.
Note: Scan or reproduction copy is strictly prohibited. Must be taken at a photo
studio at least 3 months prior to visa application.
5. Original NSO Birth Certificate
6. Original NSO Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
7. If employed, the applicant must provide:
a. Employment Certificate stating salary level, bonus and other compensation.
b. Copy of bank statements latest Six (6) months prior to the date of application
and copy of passbook.
c. Original Bank Certificate with Original Receipt from the bank
d. Pay slips and Credit Card Statements
e. Recent individual ITR
f. Property titles. If applicable.
If self-employed, the applicant must provide:
a. Copy of bank statements latest Six (6) months prior to the date of application
and Original passbook.
b. Original Bank Certificate with Original Receipt from the bank
c. Latest Business Permits, Company Registrations
d. SEC Certificate, GIS, By laws.
e. Latest audited Annual ITR duly stamped received by the BIR
8. Flight itinerary
9. Hotel accommodation
10. Official Invitation letter from the inviting company in china.
11. Original ACR i-card (for foreign nationals only)
12. If the company will shoulder the expenses of the applicant, the sponsor company
must provide:
a. Copy of bank statements latest Six (6) months prior to the date of application
b. Original Bank Certificate with Original Receipt from the bank
c. Guarantee Letter - Should indicates that the guarantor is fully accepting all the
expenses related to visiting and departing from China.
d. Business Permits/Registrations
e. SEC Certificate
f. Latest audited Annual ITR duly stamped received by the BIR – for sponsor
company only

VISA FEE: Php1,400.00

HANDLING FEE: Php3, 500.00 (exclusive of VAT)
PROCESSING TIME: 4 to 5 working days

NOTE: Visa Fees and Service Fees are nonrefundable in case visa is not
granted.
Visa fees are subject to change without prior notice.
The embassy reserves the right to ask for further documents if necessary.

subject to Embassy’s discretion
All foreign nationals must hold a permanent/working visa status in
the Philippines if they wish to apply for a visa otherwise,
they must apply the visa at their port of origin.
