1) Check how many part number involve
2) Check location HBR Bin and also bulky we have
3) Calculate square meter need for HBR Bin and Bulky
4) Check for option build canopy
5) Call Supplier and RFQ
6) Finalize Budget
7) Canopy Construction & Extra rack readiness

1) Confirm BOM & MDL are according plan

2) Check unique parts compare with previous batch
3) Check appropriate station for each unique part

Check MY19 part delivery to BWH including monitor all process starting from GR until putaway with the correct location
Check all the back order involve including monitor stock at BWH for common part.
Dry check

Check if all part already defined location before arrival

Old part should be defined and put label
