Bharat Electronics Ltd. a Navaratna Company and India’s premier professional Electronics
Company is holding WALK-IN-INTERVIEW in Kolkata on 21.06.2019 and 22.06.2019
for Civil Engineers, for its NCS SBU (Ghaziabad) on Contract Basis for a period of one
year.

Requirements: 05 posts for all over India. These vacancies are for civil construction, site
installation and commissioning, etc of BEL Equipments/ Systems. The tentative Sites are –
 Ambala
 Port Blair
 Delhi
 Any other BEL sites, BEL units/Regional Offices/any other work Area of BEL/Regional
Service Centers (RSCs)/ anywhere in India as decided by BEL.

Posting of Engineers at any location in India is the sole discretion of BEL Management. BEL
also reserves the rights of posting of any Engineer anywhere on rotational basis in due course of
service. Decision on place of initial posting and thereafter rotation of Engineer will be decided
by BEL on requirement basis and No request of any type will be entrained in this regard.

Qualification: First class for General and OBC Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST
candidates in BE / B.Tech from a recognized University/ Institution. Only the following
disciplines are allowed –
i. Civil Engineering

Age: Maximum age limit as on 01.06.2019 is 28 years for General; 31 years for OBC and 33
years for SC/ST candidates respectively.

Reservation for 5 posts: Gen – 03, OBC – 01, SC - 01

Remuneration: An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs.23,000 per month for

those possessing relevant experience 0 to 1 year, Rs.25,000 per month for those possessing
relevant experience between 1-2 years and Rs.27,000 per month for those having more than 2
years of relevant experience. However, the decision of management i.r.o remuneration will be
final and binding.

Period of contract: One year from the date of joining, however the same may be
extended depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate.

Job Requirement: Follow up of project management activities, customer interaction,

Field services, work related to civil and infrastructure construction at customer sites.

Desirable Experience: Experience in Project Planning. Site coordination, estimation,

execution of Industrial infrastructure and underground complexes, continuous casting of RCC
slabs, SOIL/ROCK stabilization during excavation, Quality Control Procedure, co-ordination
of Inter-disciplinary activities, billing, exposure to AutoCAD and Microsoft Project will be
preferred.
Method of Selection: Selection will be through a Written Test on 21.06.2019 (Friday)
followed by interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test). The candidates must
come prepared to stay in Kolkata for 2-3 days.

Documents Required: Candidates are required to produce a self attested photocopy (one
set) of the following documents and ORIGINAL documents for verification:

i. Filled in application form as attached herewith.

ii. SSLC Marks card
iii. Engineering Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate
iv. Caste Certificate, if applicable. (OBC Caste issued on or after 01.06.2018 & SC
certificate as per format enclosed)
v. Two recent passport size colour photograph
vi. Relevant experience certificate(s)
vii. Willingness certificate (will be provided at the venue to candidates) for posting at the
sites mentioned above or anywhere in India. If not produced candidate will not be
allowed to attend the interview.

Candidates who have not completed B.E. / B Tech. need not apply. Those who are unable to
produce their Degree marks cards and certificates in original on the day of the interview for
whatever reason will not be considered. No Travelling Expenses will be given for attending
the interview. Only Indian Nationals need to apply.

Candidates meeting the above criteria may come for the WALK-IN- INTERVIEW to be
held on 21.06.2019 (Friday) at 9:00 AM onwards at the venue given below –

Registration closes at 11:00 AM. No candidate will be allowed after 11:00 AM. Decision
of management in this regard would be final.

BEL reserves the right to debar/ disqualify any candidate at any stage of the Selection
Proceedings, for reason whatsoever. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
No reason for not selection will be given and no communication in this regard will be
entertained. You may also note that you have the option of answering the question in
“HINDI” during the interview. It may be noted that the number of post mentioned above are
subject to change depending on the actual requirement at the time of selection.
