Risk: The clients acknowledge that this trip of Kailash Mansarovar is an adventure travel
and may involve a significant amount of personal risk. The clients further acknowledge that
they will need to travel into the remote Himalayan Destination with alien weather &
geographical conditions. Unpredictable / uncertain weather in Himalayas may sometimes
require change in the tour program / tour routing. Kindly note that the Tourism
infrastructure including roads, hotels, lodges etc. in Tibet are under developed and may be
very basic. The journey could be tedious and rough.

It is highly recommended that medical insurance policy may be purchased by each client to
cover the risk of any unforeseen medical expenses.

Liability: C&K shall ensure that care shall be taken to extend the best possible services to
make the client’s stay & travel as comfortable as possible but considering the nature of
Yatra it is requested to the client not to expect the impeccable services as some unforeseen &
uncontrollable factors like political, natural & medical etc. can change the course of Yatra.
The client shall not hold C&K responsible / liable for any such change which is beyond the
control of C&K. No claim shall be entertained for any unutilized services due to any
unforeseen circumstances, so COX & KINGS (C&K) and / or its employees, principal suppliers
or agents / subagents shall not be responsible / liable for any liability and / or consequences.
C&K is merely a facilitator for providing visa guidance services. Granting or rejecting visas
and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments
and authorities, C&K shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor
liable for any delay, denial or other related act / omission or for any loss, expense,
damage or cost resulting there from. Also once the visa formalities are completed and if
there are any last hour cancellations, then such cancancellations are subject to 100%
cancellation and No Refund shall be payable to the client.

Note: It is mandatory for every client to sign Bharat Deko Booking Form / Terms &
Conditions, How to Book along with the Kailash Mansarovar Booking form of 2018. People
above the age of 70yrs are not allowed to travel to Mansarovar, as it is a mandate laid out by
the Chinese authorities. Kindly have the rules and regulations confirmed by the sales staff /
Agent / Franchisees before confirming your travel services.

Booking Process and requirements for Travel:

1) Once the booking is made, please arrange all the documents / papers which can be
handed over to C&K.
2) The client shall email scanned copies of passport (1st and last pages) to C&K staff.
3) Once the permit is issued and the visa is processed C&K shall advise the Clients regarding
confirmations.

The Client hereby assumes all such risk and does hereby releases Cox & Kings from all claims
and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these
inherent risks. Prior to tour commencement, the Client may be asked to sign a participation
form, with the following wording:

encountered on a more conventional holiday, and that I am undertaking an adventure trip
with inherent dangers. I understand I am traveling to geographical areas where, amongst
other things, the standard of accommodation, transport, safety, hygiene, cleanliness, medical
facilities, telecommunications and infrastructure development may not be of the standard I
am used to at home or would find on conventional holiday. I have read and understood the
Cox & Kings – Kailash Mansarovar Yatra Details and I am undertaking to disclose the details
of any pre-existing medical conditions I may have to Cox & Kings representatives. I accept
these risks and obligations and I fully assume the risks of this travel.
