CLIENT IDENTITY

Tracy Wise, president of The Birthday Party, is living a life dedicated to helping others.
She serves on the board of Sunday’s Child, is a member of Impact 100 and has
volunteered her time with several nonprofits including Manna, Pensacola Lighthouse,
Big Brother/Big Sister and ECARE. In 2015, she was awarded the President’s Volunteer
Bronze Service Award as a Point of Light.

Tracy was on a plane when she came across a story in Reader’s Digest about an
organization that threw birthday parties for less fortunate children. This wonderful story
stuck with Tracy for months, so she finally began to share it with her friends and
family. As Tracy spread the word, many volunteers saw the value of this project and the
need for it in the Pensacola area. Tracy started to recruit members for her board, and
they immediately started buying toys and decorations because of their overwhelming
excitement.

In 2016, The Birthday Party Inc. (TBP) was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization in Pensacola, FL. The purpose of the organization is to celebrate
underprivileged children on their birthday and on other special milestones in their lives.
No matter the situation or living condition of a child, TBP creates a fun and colorful party
including decorations, goodies and homemade cakes. The Birthday Party’s volunteers
and Board of Directors go to the location to host the party, which is complete with
games, face-painting and gifts.

The Birthday Party is also focused on empowering the parent(s) of the child by offering
them the choice of hosting the party themselves. TBP has created the “Birthday Box,”
which includes all of the supplies needed to throw a successful party if the parent(s)
would like to host the party on their own.

Currently, The Birthday Party hosts monthly parties at The Lakeview Center, The Favor
House and PACE Center for Girls. They also provide Birthday Boxes to the Ronald
McDonald House of Northwest Florida.

The Birthday Party is now introducing a new product to further help underprivileged
children in the community. TBP has created the “Birthday Backpack” - a backpack full of
necessities, school supplies, gifts and toys. These backpacks are given to
disadvantaged and homeless children in the Escambia County School District.
