AFFIDAVIT

I, ZOSIMO E. RODRIGUEZ, of legal age, Filipino, married, with address at

Barangay Masaguisi, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with the law, hereby depose and say that:

1. I was not employed in the government during my term of office in the

barangay, and in turn did not receive any form of salary/compensation, except
honorarium for holding a position in the barangay;

2. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing facts
and for all intents and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
