Sir,
I have the honour to undertake that I shall abide by all existing rules
and regulation as laid down by the Govt. of Assam in respect of the scheme
for waiver of Admission Fee for taking admission in H.S. 1st Year / TDC 1st
Semester (Arts/Science) class during the academic session 2018-19

I do hereby also undertake and declare as follows: -

State/Central Govt. Departments or its undertaking.
3. That I shall plant a sapling at my home/at the college and also I shall
nurse the sapling in proper way. Photographs of which be submitted
to the college
4. That while seeking admission in 2nd year classes in 2019-20, I shall
give photographs of the same tree which was planted by me in this
academic session 2018-19.
