JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. FO. MANAGER :
a. Check chedules staff office staff.
b. Prepare for morning briefing
c. Evaluates the job performance if each front office employee
d. Resolves guest problem quickly,efficiently,and courteously
e. Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly
communicated
2. RECEPTION :
a. Handle the guest registration upon arrival.
b. Inform the other department concerning the arrival, room and rate
change,departure, cancellation.
c. Prepare the room statistic and guest history card.
d. Maintains a detailed up to the minute inventory of rooms and their occupancies
e. Sells the guest room especially to walk in guest
3. RESERVATION :
a. Answer the requerts of the hotel’s accomodation
b. Reserves guest room
c. Inscribes the room available
4. GRO
a. Give the information hotel facilities and the points of interest outside the hotel
b. Handle the guest arival and departure
c. Promotion other facilities in the hotel
5. BELL BOY
a. Welcome the arriving guest and escorts the departing guest
b. Handles the lagguage of arriving and departing guest
c. Stores the guest luggage temporary
d. Guide the guest to the room
e. Helps the guest during check in,in the house,and during check out.
