Good day!
In support of the shared aspiration of securing safe and providing quality dairy products to consumers,
we, the Food Borne Infection and Intoxication (FTEC234) students under the supervision of Dr. Ivy C.
Emnace would like to ask your good office the permission to conduct the Microbial analysis in Microbial
Assessment of the product in the PCC specifically choco-milk which plays an important role in
developing a Manual and HACCP Plan for the production of choco-milk.
The target date of our analysis will be on June 13, 2019, Thursday onwards. This will be participated by
the undersigned students. During the conduct of the special problem, we will be bringing our collected
samples in your laboratory to undergo microbial analysis in determining the presence or absence of some
pathogenic bacteria involving (Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas and E.coli) in the product.
We sincerely thank you in advance for this great opportunity. This is a great avenue for us graduate
students to learn something new and critically apply what we have already learned in our field of
