PROOCEDINGS:
 Conduct of the Philippine National Anthem
 Opening Prayer
 Message of the Principal – Ave E. Mendizabal, Principal II
- Ma’am Ave E. Mendizabal gave her message to the parents of awardees. She
commended the proud parents for the achievements of their children. In the midst of her
overwhelming message she mentioned that if there’s a complain regarding the awards,
parents and students should lay the complaint only within 15 days after the deliberation at
the principal’s office to be given an immediate action.
 Deliberation Proper
- Ma’am Francia G. Emberga, Grade 9 Coordinator, introduced Ma’am Alma D. Gajo, the
chairperson on Awards Committee. She was tasked to discuss clearly the criteria in giving
the awards for Academic Excellence and Conduct.
-After the discussion of Ma’am Alma, advisers of respective grade 9 sections were called
to present the Academic Excellence and Conduct Awardees of every section.

ADJOURNMENT:
- The meeting ended at exactly 10:30am.
