following constitutes the agreement and scope of works for the Roofing sub contract at Ex Feba

1. The works: Measuring to plan, cutting, preparing and installing trusses, sisalation, flashing,
waterproofing, roofing sheets and facia boards all that is necessary to be a totally complete roof,
per block allocated. Painting and ceilings are excluded.

Works and payment are subject to technical and quality approval from Main Contractor AND
the Client - MHILT
