About the Games

5 sports 2,000 athletes

1,100 volunteers 3 days
Our premier event will be held May 29- 31 in Springfield, MO. Athletes from all over Missouri
will compete in powerlifting, track and field, aquatics, soccer and volleyball.

The Need
The cost of producing this event is about $250,000 and comes from various partners that offer
in-kind and cash support. We are seeking donations and sponsorship to support this effort.
Sponsorships range from $1,100 to $10,000 based on desired benefits and recognition.

Schedule of Events:
Friday, May 29 – Soccer, Volleyball, Honored Guest Reception, Opening Ceremony

Saturday, May 30 – Victory Village, Healthy Athletes, Track & Field, Powerlifting, Aquatics,
Volleyball

Sunday, May 31 – Track & Field

BRONZE SPONSOR LEVEL $1,100 COMMITMENT

Benefits include: Recognition and participation at Victory Village & the Dance. This is where all
the action in between competition takes place. Athletes can unwind in a fun atmosphere
including music, games, and demonstrations. Sponsors can participate too by providing
volunteers for the booths and even create a booth for your company employees to work as a
team.

SILVER SPONSOR LEVEL $2,750 COMMITMENT

Benefits include: Presenting sponsor of the Honored Guest Reception along with 3 other
sponsors. This is the VIP invitation only event where sponsors and community leaders enjoy
appetizers, entertainment and athlete interaction prior to Opening Ceremonies. A
representative from your company will want to attend to be recognized. A company
representative is encouraged to serve on the planning committee for the reception providing
leadership opportunity for an employee and an inside role in the event’s success.

Silver Sponsors receive:

Healthy Athletes & Competition Venues

Healthy Athletes/Competition Venues Benefits include: Healthy Athletes is part of Special

Olympics where athletes experience health screening and fitness training. Stations keep the
traffic moving. Screenings will be offered for:

• Special Smiles – dental screening by Missouri Dental Association

• Health Promotion – screening to improve the fitness and health of our athletes
• Healthy Hearing – hearing screening by professional audiologists
• Fun Fitness – physical therapists test flexibility and balance

Marketing Benefits on Radio and Print media Partners – valued at $10,000-20,000 (TBD)

during and after the Summer Games. We have a partner who has been with us for 5 years and
doesn’t even do business in the mid-Missouri market. Why? According to their CEO – “We
