Notice for the provisionally admitted students for the session 2019-20

A. Classes for newly admitted students for the session 2019-20 will be started on
01/07/2019 at 12 noon.
B. After commencement of classes, Verification of documents will be done.
C. Admission will be cancelled if the documents are found not in conformity with the
declaration in the forms submitted on-line.
D. Candidates are requested to consult with list of generic elective (GE) subjects available
with a particular Honours (CC) subject (link provided in our website) and decide for
his/her choice of Generic Elective subjects before coming for classes on 01.07.2019.
However, final allotment of Generic Elective subjects shall be done according to merit
based on availability of seats.
E. Admitted students should be present in person at the College on 01/07/2019 (12 noon)
along with the following documents (in original and one self-attested photocopy):

1. Printed copy of Online Application Form


2. Printed copy of Online Payment Receipt of Admission Fee
3. Mark sheet of 10+2 Examination
4. Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate / Admit Card of Madhyamik Examination / any other
relevant document)
5. Address Proof (EPIC /Aadhar / Ration Card / Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill in the name of
candidate or his/her parent).
6. Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) [Note: Certificate must be
issued before 01/07/2019 by Competent Authority of Government of West Bengal only]
7. Persons With Disability Certificate (for PWD Candidates) [Note: Certificate must be issued
before 01/07/2019 by Competent Authority]
8. Recent passport sized colour photograph (one copy)
9. Migration Certificate (for candidates from 10+2 boards other than WBCHSE, ICSE, CBSE &
WBBME) [Note: if the migration certificate is not available now, it has to be submitted within
15.07.2019]
10. Registration Certificate (for students already registered in Calcutta University)
11. Blood Group report (if you want your blood group to be reported in College Identity Card)
