SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ARNOLD CALO-OY, of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence

and postal address at Piapi, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, do hereby
name, constitute, and appoint and by these presents do hereby named,
constituted and appointed CECILIA C. CORRO, of legal age, Filipino,
widow, with residence and postal address at Piapi, Dumaguete City,
Negros Oriental, to be my own and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in
my name, place and stead, to do and perform any and all of the foregoing
acts and things, namely:

1. To process for the release of the adverse claim annotated on TCT

No. 1589 covering lot No. 855, situated in Dumaguete City, and the
subsequent transfer certificate of titles issued thereafter concerning
said lot, which cancels partially/totally the former TCT;

2. To make, sign and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents

which may be necessary for the processing of its release;

3. Generally, to act in relation to my affairs and in relation to this deed

as fully and effectually in all respects as I myself could do.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full

power and authority to do and perform any and every act whatsoever
required and necessary to be done as I might or could do, I personally
present and acting in person, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that
my said Attorney-in-Fact may also do or cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.
