The cost includes Installation, Up-gradation and Software support for the period of Six

Implementation & Training:
 The first round of comprehensive implementation & training at ACE STAFFING:
MUMBAI will be provided for approx 2 man-days. The same will be charged @ Rs.
3,500/- per man-day.
 Visit Charges will be charged only for the actual days of onsite visits done at client
location.
 The initial implementation covers setting various policies & existing Excel data import.
 For Out side Mumbai installation:
All other incidentals like traveling, accommodation & other expenses to be borne by
the client.

Annual Maintenance Contract:

We believe that it is essential for the client to enter into an Annual Maintenance
Contract (AMC) with Spine Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd. for receiving regular version
upgrades and / or support.

The highlights of the AMC are:

 AMC will start after the expiry of warranty period and for the period of one year.
 AMC @ 20% plus tax will be charged.
 AMC amount for the year to be paid at the start of the AMC period.
 AMC will include Telephonic support, up-gradation for one year.

Installation of Product License:

 After receiving the confirmed Purchase Order along with payment, the Software
will be delivered within 3-4 working days. The training schedule will be forwarded
along with delivery of the product license.
 The above licenses are based on per PC / per server / per location basis.
 Order once placed cannot be canceled in part or whole.
 If any further customization is required in standard software modules, the same will
be charged @ Rs. 7,500/- per man-day basis.

Documentation:

One set of documentation of the product user manual will be provided along with the
product license.

Support:
 To provide online support to the clients, the SPINE support desk would be the single
point contact. The support desk can be contacted on
support@spinetechnologies.com or may be called on + (91) 22 4213 2222.
 The Support desk can be contacted on Weekdays between 10.00 AM to 06.30 PM.
 Any version upgrade made and delivered to the client will be available through email
to all the locations.
 All future On-site support and installation charges outside Mumbai will be charged
@ Rs. 3,500/- per day. All other incidentals like traveling, accommodation & other
expenses to be borne by the client.

Validity:
This offer is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of the quotation.

Payment Structure:
 The cost of Software plus taxes is payable along with Purchase Order.
 All payments must be in favor of Spine Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd. Payable at
MUMBAI.

System Software Licenses:

It is the responsibility of the client to procure & maintain original and licensed operating
system software, database engines (if required), or any other system software.
