INTRODUCTION

Our project is about providing quality check to the customers buying something from internet.
The quality checking cells are going to be installed in big cities of Pakistan in the beginning and
then if things go right, we’ll try to go international.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
The main problem here is lack of knowledge of the product one is buying from the internet.
Well, of course, the seller provides information about the product but one does not know if it’s
correct or not, particularly when buyer and seller are not from the same area; they don’t have any
way of checking the correctness of information posted online of the product for sale. One might
provide wrong information, the product might be damaged or something, there could be lack of
trust between the two. Let me explain with the help of a case here,
A friend of mine had a deal done, he wanted to sell his iPhone and customer was willing to pay
the demanded price. When the deal was done, he asked the customer to deposit money in his
band account so that he could send him the phone and customer was asking for sending the
phone first and the minute he’ll have phone, he will deposit the money. They both were asking
the other to take the first step but none of them was willing to do so. The deal was canceled
afterwards just because lack of trust.

Vision
Our vision is to develop a trusted service, the one people will have full trust on. To let people
deal with each other through our service and get tension free of the quality of the product or
correctness of the information or not getting the money or product. We’ll have all these problems
sorted out, provide people a trustworthy service with little profit. Our offices will be in every big
city of Pakistan in the beginning and then we’ll try to go international if things turn out to be
good and people tend to trust us with their products or stuff. With each office there will be a
quality checking cell for checking the quality of the product in the deal, the features and all the
information of the product will be provided to the buyer and the choice of buying it after that will
be left on him/her. If the answer is yes, one will be asked for the demanded price and if the
answer is no, the product will be handed over back to the seller.

Benefits
1 People will have quality product, one they will be looking for.
2 People won’t have to cancel the deal just because they don’t trust each other with their money
or product.
3 People won’t have to be tensed about the correctness of the information of the product provided
by the seller
Plan
Our plan starts working with establishment of metropolitan offices stuffed with experts of relative
field. Every office will have a quality cell for the sake of checking the quality of the product in the
deal between people. For the sake of people to use our service, there will be add posted on each
website allowing people to buy and sell products privately(not of any particular company or
brand), by clicking the add, they will be allowed to reach our website with the information or
location of our office. Both the people in the deal: buyer and seller will go to their area office and
give the information about the deal. Offices from the both areas: area of buyer and that of seller
will contact with each other and exchange information on the particular deal. The products will be
checked then in the quality checking cell and given the information if the product meet the ends
of the buyer or not. The buyer will then be left with the choice of buying or not the particular
product with the available features. If the answer is yes, the product will be transferred and if the
answer is no, the product will be handed over to the seller back.
