1. Brief Introduction
HGM6110KC series power plant auto control panel integrates the technologies of
digitization, intelligentize and network, which is used in automation and monitoring
system of single diesel generator set, achieving the purposes of starting up/ closing
down automatically, data reasoning, alarm protecting and ―three remote‖. The control
panel uses large-screen LCD, Chinese、English and Spanish can be choiced smoothly.
Simplicity of operation, reliable running.
HGM6110KC series power plant auto control panel adopts microprocessor technology,
which achieves the purposes of precision measurement of many parameters、constant
setpoint regulation and timing and threshold setting. All the data of the control panel
can be adjusted through the front panel, or can be adjusted through programmatic
interface using PC, also can be adjusted through RS485 interface using PC. The
control panel can be used widely in all kinds of automatic system for generator sets
because of its compact structure, simple connecting, and high reliability.
2. Performance and characteristics
HGM6110KC is used in single machine automation, which control the generator’s auto
starting up and closing down by remote starting up signal.
The main characteristics as follows:
 The dimension of LCD is 128x64, with backlight, three languages (Chinese、English、
Spanish), operation by pressing the button gently.
 Equipped with RS485 communication interface, achieve ―three remote‖ by using
MODBUS.
 Be fit for the power source of three phase four wire、single phase two wire、two phase
three wire, 50/60HZ.
 Collect and display parameters of utility power/ generating electricity three-phase
voltage、three-phase current、frequency and power.

and overcurrent.

 Parameters setup function: Allowing to change the parameters, and at the same time
remember in inner FLASH storage and it’ll be not lost when the power is cut. All the
parameters of the control panel can be adjusted through the front panel or can be
adjusted through programmatic interface using PC (use SG72 adapter), also can be
adjusted through RS485 interface using PC.
 Various temperature、pressure、oil level sensor can be used directly, and can setup
parameters self.
 Various successful starting up condition can be choiced (speed sensor、oil pressure、
generate electricity).
 Wide power source scope (8-35)VDC, and can fit different starting battery pressure.
 All the parameters adopt digital adjustment, get rid of imitate adjustment of normal
potentiometer, and improves the reliability and stability of the whole set.
 Modular construction design, antiflaming ABS shell, umbilical binding post,
embedded install type, compact structure, easy installation.
