I am writing to formally demand the refund of the Reservation Fee in
the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php10,000.00) that I paid your company. We expect to receive the refund within ten (10) days from receipt of this letter.
While I understand the non-refundable nature of the reservation fee, I
find it unjust to refuse to refund when the reason for my cancellation is the change in the house plan/perspective which your company/agent failed to inform me. The cancelation of our contract was neither due to a mere change of mind nor a fault on my side. I cancelled the contract because the house plan is not the same with what was presented to me prior our agreement. In addition, there is failure on your end to inform me about the changes.
