Job/Task Description:
This week I was asked to do an analyse on why salesman attrition
increases in HUL for this analysis I was asked to prepare a questionnaire to find
how salesman satisfied with the job, what are the difficulties they have been
faced during the work and the expectations of salesman from the company.
After completing the questionnaire I went to all the distributer point of HUL in
Trichy to collect data from the salesman.
Learnings:
` I learned how to prepare a proper questionnaire with the help of HUL
KAE, I learned about the difficulties of sales job, I learned about the problems
faced by salesman during the job. I experienced how to interact with salesman
and I found some reasons why salesman attrition increases in HUL.
