Parking Management System

1. All vehicle owner – 2, 3 or 4 wheel are REQUIRED/ REQUESTED to register on or before 2

weeks after of the Resolution Publication Date.

2. The purpose of which is to get their ONLY designated parking slot.

3. Vehicle sticker (FREE of charge) will be issued for identification.

4. No Registration No Parking policy will be implemented at all times.

5. Below listed Street Corner are identified as No Parking Zone/ Area at all times:
- Manotok (Quimpo, Gumapac, Cruz & Belo Residences),
- Benita (Dra. Potato, Banglo, Talampas & Almodovar Residences)
- Ambrosio (Sanchez & Martin Residences)
- Nenette (Ramos & Concepcion Residences)

6. One lane policy … one way policy.

7. The resolution does not waive the national or local parking ordinances.

8. Do we need to identify a committee/ board to oversee the resolution coordination/

implementation?

Garbage Disposal Schedule System

1. No Littering Policy will be strictly implemented at all times

2. The Policy will be in effect 1 month after the Resolution Publication Date

3. All violators will be apprehended and subject for disciplinary action:

- 1st offense – Warning - Needs to attend the Barangay Garbage Disposal System Orientation
- 2nd offense – 1 day community service – Needs to attend with the Tanod Garbage Watch
Schedule in Pampanga Market or Php 100.00 fine.
- 3rd offense & onwards - 3 day community service – Needs to attend with the Tanod Garbage
Watch Schedule in Pampanga Market or Php 200.00 fine.
4. Garbage disposal will be on a scheduled basis only to be provided by the Barangay

5. Do we need to identify a committee/ board to oversee the resolution coordination/

implementation?

Clearing Operations as per Brgy Bureau Memo

1. Clearing Operation designed to clear or neutralize all mines & obstacles in any form from a
route or area will be strictly implemented at all times.

2. The Policy will be in effect 1 month after the Resolution Publication Date
- 1st offense - All violators will be given a warning memo 1 week to comply.
- 2nd offense - All violators will be given a secondary warning memo 1 week to comply.
- 3rd offense – All violators will be reported to Brgy Bureau/ MMDA subject for immediate &
disciplinary action

Alinsunod sa kahilingan ng higit na nakararami at batayan para sa ikabubuti ng mga kabataan,

ang barangay ay magpapatupad ng mga sumusunod:
1. Oras ng laro ng basketball sa Club 9 – 4pm to 7pm only
2. Anumang pustahan o sugal ay ipinagbabawal
3. Kung kinakailangan, prioridad na makapaglaro ang residente ng barangay

Ang sinumang lalabag ay mangyaring i report sa tanggapan ng barangay o simumang kasapi

nito para sa ‘Disciplinary Action’.
