Letter of Authority

To whom it may concern

I, Muhammad Adil S/o or d/o Ghulam Basheer Shaheen bearing CNIC No.38201-9087267-9
and resident
at Jauharabad,Punjab,Pakistan do hereby confirm that I am the sole owner/producer/Rights
holder of the content detailed as follows (please append a list of the albums/singles/videos you
hold the rights to)

I authorize Patari to publish/stream/make available for download/save offline my songs, video(s)

and audio visual content detailed above, as well as new content I will produce in the future
(unless communicated explicitly otherwise to Patari) perpetually on any digital medium and
channels, strictly, only for the platforms operated by Patari, including but not limited to the
website and mobile apps, and digital/social media platforms, operated by Patari non exclusively
for the territory of Pakistan and anywhere in the world. I also authorize Patari to publish the
audio visual content that is strictly only for promotional purposes of Patari and my music itself,
on internet & any other platforms including but not restricted to Patari.
The full copyright of the aforementioned content will remain with me, however Patari shall have
the right to edit or adopt the audio, video and the audio visual content as they deem necessary for
streaming, uploading, airing, promoting, broadcasting / telecasting and publishing of the content
non exclusively anywhere in the world.

Patari will also provide me with the ability to take down any content that I don’t want published.

Patari will pay me, every quarter as determined by the number of plays and downloads my
content gets, a 40% of the gross revenue.

I shall have no claim whatsoever in any form or manner on the streaming, broadcast / telecast or
publishing of my audio or audio visual content other than what is agreed in writing with Patari in
terms of share of monetization as and when its starts monetizing its platform.

That I undertake to inform whomsoever that needs to be informed of this authorization and
indemnify Patari Limited in the event of any claim by any person, company, entity etc. This
authorization cannot be terminated once Patari Limited starts the streaming/publishing of the
content.

I also have the ability to make this authorization to Patari null and void with a 30 day notice
without any penalty whatsoever.
