MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
This agreement is made effective as of March 7, 2018 by and between Bright Events
Inc. and Mrs. JahnelleDela Luna. Therefore the parties agree as follows:
1. Description of the Services: Bright Events will provide the following event
planning and services:
Event Planner Personal Assistant Services: Consultation, coordination and On-
site Management on the day of the event.
Speaker Coordination: Check and consult if the speakers are working well
and produce accommodation, contacts and compensation if needed.
Scheduling: Manage schedules to ensure that every procedure will be
conducted well due to time management.
Catering: Consultation, coordination and On-site Management on the day of
the event.
Photographer and Cinematographer: Consultation, coordination and On-site
Management on the day of the event.
Decorations: Consultation, coordination and On-site Management on the day
of the event.
Music and Entertainment: Consultation, coordination and On-site
Management on the day of the event.

2. Compensation for Services:

a. The downpayment should be half of the total payment. The payment must
be pay 45 days before the date of the party.
b. The money will be send through our bank account : 123 456 789

3. Data Changes:
In the event the client(s) are forced to change the date, every effort will be
made by Bright Events Inc. and staff to transfer location reservations. The
client(s) agree that other expenses might be added due to the change of date.

4. Cancelations:
In the event of cancelation, all payments that were made non-refundable will
be due immediately.
5. Remedies:
In the event of Bright Events Inc. is unable to collect the required payments
for any kind of reasons, the following must apply:
a. Day 1-14: 15 % late fee will be incurred.
b. Day 15: All coordination and cooperation will apply.
c. Day 16: All reservations for the event will be cancelled and all of the fees
raised as non-refundable will remain non-refundable.
6. Accommodations:
The client(s) agrees that any property retained by Bright Events Inc. will be
requiring a separate contract.
7. Entire Agreement:
this agreement contains all of the contract agreement except for the separate
contract which was mentioned on number 6.
8. Amendment:
This agreement may be modified if the agreement is made in writing and was
signed by both parties.
9. Severability:
If any provisions of this agreement will be held unenforceable for any reason
and was justified by the law limiting such provisions would became valid or
enforceable.
10. Waiver of Contractual Right:

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not
be constructed as a waiver of that party’s right to subsequently enforce and
compel strict compliance with any provision in this agreement.

11. Applicable law:


This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines.
