A Franna crane made contact with a 33kv overhead power line while moving a pump. The operator lifted the
pump from the truck bed and started reversing while the crane's boom was still extended, contacting the
Description of energized power line. No injuries occurred, however the resulting power outage caused a 3 hour process
the incident: loss.

Work ceased. Investigation initiated
