Re: ENDORSEMENT- On-the-Job Trainees for 2nd Semester SY 2018-2019

Dear Sir/Madam:

Warmest greetings! I wish you the best of the day.

The College of Information Technology and Computing (CITC) of the University

of Science & Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP), in consonance with its
vision and thrust to be one of the premiere producers of globally competitive
Information Technologist and Computer Engineers, sends its BS Information
Technology (BSIT) students to On-the-Job Training (OJT), as a vital part of its
curricular programs. The OJT will give the students the necessary exposure to
the real workplace environment, allow them to observe safety practices in the
industry and familiarize them with the job or skills related to their field of
specialization.

As our partner in nurturing and providing quality industry-oriented experience

to our students through On-the-Job Trainings, may we request your good office
to accommodate the following BSIT students to undergo an OJT, to wit:

1. Abay-Abay, Mary Jane C.

2. Batedio, Fritzie B.
3. Carrasco, Angelie A.
4. Babia, Aimee C.
5. Granetin, Nicole Jane S.

The aforementioned students are required to render 186 working hours which
will commence on the month of November 2018.

We truly believe that an exposure in your office would greatly provide our
students a deeper and more in-depth knowledge of their course and will better
prepare them for whatever challenges their profession may bring.

Should you need additional information, please feel free to contact our office
through these numbers: (088) 856-1738/1739 local 154 or through email:
maricel.esclamado@ustp.edu.ph.

We look forward to a more fruitful partnership through this endeavor. Thank

you very much.

Very truly yours,

ENGR. MARICEL A. ESCLAMADO, MIT

Chairman, Dept. of Information Technology
ENGR. JOCELYN B. BARBOSA, MSIT
