Dear Dir. Sales;

I humbly request from your office the reconsideration in allowing the reservation of the
proposed corporation name “TOYS FOR D BIG GUYS”.

We tried to register the said name for a proposed corporation through the “SEC iRegister”. The
request for reservation was rejected because the name “TOYS FOR D BIG BOYS” has already
been registered.

I hereto attached the verification result of the SEC iRegister as Annex “A” for your reference.

I respectfully submit that the general public will be adequately protected from any possible
confusion in the event that your good office allows us to use the name “TOYS FOR D BIG GUYS”.
A look at the name registered "TOYS FOR D BIG BOYS” the registered mentioned by the SEC-
iRegister is not registered upon searching the SEC IView page therefore the public will not be
confused if you allow the registration of the name “TOYS FOR D BIG GUYS”. Hence I respectfully
request for your approval of our requested reservation for the proposed name “TOYS FOR D
BIG GUYS”.
