SUBJECT: Management Committee Meeting

FROM : The Schools Division Superintendent

DATE : May 22, 2019

1. In preparation for the opening of classes for the School Year 2019-2020, a
Management Committee meeting will be conducted on May 28, 2019 at 8:00 AM to
5 :00 PM at the DepEd Danao Training Center.

2. The participants to this meeting include the Assistant Schools Division

Superintendent, Chief Education Supervisors (SGOD & CID), Education Program
Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, Senior Education Program
Specialists, Heads of the Administrative Section, Accounting, Budget, Physical,
Human Resource, Records Sections, Program Coordinators and Secretariat.

3. Expenses for snacks shall be charged against the Division HRTD/MOOE

Funds subject to the usual government accounting, auditing rules and regulations.

4. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
