    with width not less than 2.5m and 2.1m respectively
    WC requirement Not less than 0.9 sq.m with a minimum width 0.9m
    Bathroom requirement Not less than 1.2 sq.m - Minimum width of 1m
    Minimum combined toilets area 1.8 sq.m area with minimum width of 1m
    Three Dwelling units (13.5 people) requires 1 WC and 1 Bath
