SUBJECT : SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN MANDATORY TRAINING FOR THE SK SECRETARIES

AND SK TREASURES OF THE 28 BARANGAYS OF TAGUIG CITY

The Department of the Interior and Local Government with the mandate of being the lead
institution in partnership with the Local Government Academy in capacitating local governments
and local officials ​will be conducting the Sangguniang Kabataan Mandatory Training to be
attended by the SK Secretaries and SK Treasurers of the 28 Barangays of Taguig City which
shall be held at 9:00 am, 3rd floor R. Papa Training Room, Taguig City Hall.

Please be guided that the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the SK Reform Act specifically
Rule V Section 30 states that “​any SK official whether elected or appointed, must undergo the
mandatory training before he or she can assume office”.
