Reg: Fees Paid for Diploma in Accupunture – T.Nagar, Chennai

I am one of the student, who has studied Dip in Accupuncture, at your study center in
T.Nagar, Chennai. I have paid initial fees of Rs.9,000 to your study center. Subsequently, I
have paid the entire University fees of Rs. 20,850, with an assurance that the amount paid
towards initial fees will be reimbursed by the Annamalai University.

Now, I was informed that the University has reimbursed Rs.6,390 only, after deducting TDS
of Rs.710 (10%), which will be paid back to us. The TDS deducted by the University is to be
adjusted towards the Income tax payable by Cosmic, from its profit, while filing the Income
Tax. Hence, the same should not be recovered from our reimbursement.

I, therefore, request you to kindly refund the entire amount of Rs.7,100, without deducting
TDS. Else, provide us TDS certificate in my name, against my PAN No: AXBPS9394R, so
that the same can be claimed from the Income Tax department, while filing my income tax
returns.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest, as the last date for filing of IT return is 31 st July 2019
for the individuals.

Please refund the full amount.
