Now , each time you open the browser to access internet from
your PC/Laptop, you are asked to authenticate by giving your,
Name and Password .There is another method of connecting to
internet which is called dial up connection . In this method,
there is a facility to save your User ID and password to avoid
entity of user name and password every time you log into
internet .For this method of connection , we have also not
given session time out of 30 minutes so that your PC can stay
connected .

Pease find attached step by step method to configure dial up

 Steps for dialing PPPOE

 Follow these steps for broadband dialup

connection

 Step-1:-
 Click the network and sharing icon in the right
side of the screen as shown.

 Step-2

 Then click, open network and sharing centre

as shown in the above image
  Step-3
A new page will open for setting up a
new connetion

Then click setup a new connection or network option

as shown above.

 Step-4
A dialogue box will open
In this dialogue box click connect to the internet
option and then click next.

 Step-5
Again a new dialogue will open as
shown below,
 Then click set up a new connection anyway.

 Step-6:
A new dialogue box will open
In this dialogue box select broadband (PPPOE)
 Step-7-
Then enter your user name and
password in the respective tab.
And also enable remember the password
checkbox in which the system saves the
password so that no need to enter the password
each time
Step-8
A new dialogue box will open as shown above for
connecting to broadband connection..

Step-9
Then click Connect now.

Now your setup is ready your dialup connection is

successful.
Step-10- open network and sharing center again.

Step-11 Click the broadband connection

Step-12 Click connect
Step-12 A dialogue box will open as shown then
click connect

Now the connection is established successfully
