2. Provisional Fire NOC 3. Building Occupancy Certificate. 4. Preparation of Statutory Architectural Working Drawing Only For Expansion Approximately 4000 Sq.ft For MIDC approval. 5. FSI Calculation for the proposed shed and adding it with the overall plot FSI. Assuming Existing facility FSI calculation & drawing provided by Arya Engineers.
Architectural Scope does not include:
1. FINAL FIRE NOC. 2. MPCB CONCENT TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE (shall be charged extra) 3. Completion Certificate out of pocket expenses.
