Important notice #11380-19, published on May 20, 2019, announced June 13, 2019 as the
target date to begin supporting client testing of the new night cycle processing logic in the PSE
test (U) region. To accommodate the need for additional internal testing scenarios, DTC is
delaying the start of the client testing window. DTC will communicate the revised testing plan
shortly via a subsequent important notice.
