Job Description:
Working as Lead Engineer I&C in Project Department where my key responsibility is to manage and supervise Chinese
EPC Contractor in Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phases for the new Up-Gradation
Projects in NRL. This up gradation project comprises of Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of
Heavy Oil Complex (DHT), Naphtha Block (NS, NHT, PENEX), Auxiliary Units (ATU, SRU, HGU) and Utilities
(Boiler and Turbine).
Managing design, installation and commissioning of Operator Trainer Simulator (OTS) for DHDS, SRU, PENEX and
Steam & Power generation with Schneider Electric (China) as a Project Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision and Evaluation of all the Control Systems and Field Instrumentation in process area including utilities
and auxiliaries.
• Evaluation and Review of FEED, ITB, P&IDs, PFDs.
• Study and Enhancement in Control Philosophies, Logic diagrams of overall process units as well as Boiler and
Steam Turbine control systems.
• Performing HAZOP analysis, SIL classification study with the contractor for the process units.
