SUBJECT: Submission of Updated Inventory of Learning Resources

Date: April 15, 2019

1. In consonance with the Memorandum DM-C1-2019-00-063 from the
Office of Undersecretary for Curriculum and Instruction the PSDSs Elementary
and Secondary shall submit a District Consolidated Learners’ Resources
Situation Report using the attached form “Learners’ Resources Situation
Report” on April 24, 2019 thru the following:

2. Travel and other incidental expenses incurred are chargeable against local
