Subject: INQUIRE ABOUT THE REASONS FOR THE DELAY

Respected Sir,

It is hereby to inform you that as we are your regular customers. As we have already been using
your products in our hotel. We ordered 100 Samsung LED’s for our new wing and we were
hoping an on-time delivery as usual but since last few months there Is always a complaint from
your side for the late delivery which is really alarming situation for us.

The LED’s were supposed to be delivered by November 15th, 2019. The date has already passed
and the opening date of our new hotel wing is also coming but we have not heard anything from
your side. What are the reasons which are causing delay in delivery of our consignment? Is that
product out of stock or is there some other reason which is causing the delay?

Please take a note on our complaint and sort things out which are causing the delay. I will be
looking forward to hear from your side. Hope you will understand our problem and there will be
no delay from your side in the future.
