All the head teachers of Markaz Tatlay Aali-1 (W) are directed to attend a meeting of the undersigned at
GMPS Tung Kalan on dated 30-04-2019 at 10:00 pm. The main agenda of meeting is

1. CM Road Map
2. Five Sub-Indicators of School Hygiene (Building ,Ground, Class Rooms, Toilets, Soap)
3. Four Sub-Indicators of Facilities (Drinking Water, Boundary Wall, Toilets, Electricity)
4. Litnum Material (Monthly LND test, Marked LND Test, LND Public APP, Tab)
5. Utilization of NSB (at least 50%)
6. Update NSB Record on SIS regularly after every transaction
7. Make sure the Balances equal (Cash Book, Bank Statement, SIS)
8. Withdraw a fresh Bank statement after every transaction
9. Availability of Furniture (100%)
10. No observation by MEA will be tolerated
11. Student attendance is on the part of the Head teachers as well as the concerned class teacher
12. Make sure Summer pack/Home work for Summer Vacations especially LND Gift for Grade 3
13. Strictly Follow the Acadamic Calender
14. One Model Lesson for every week
15. Separate record of Model lessons
16. Regular Home work/Class work according to Acadamic calendar
17. Moral Teaching (Discipline, etiquettes, cleanliness of students)
