TENDER NOTICE FOR RUNNING CLOCK ROOM/LOCKER AT

MADURAI JUNCTION FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS.

On behalf of president of India, the undersigned invites Sealed Bids

From interested parties in the prescribed form for running the contract of
Cloak room/ locker at Madurai junction (Eastern Entry). The bidder may
Quote the highest amount to the Railway for running the cloak room / locker.

The belongings of the passengers in locked condition should be

Accepted and receipt issued to the passengers on levying the charges as
Prescribed by the Railway Administration. The entire responsibility of the
Passenger’s luggage/ packages lies with the contractor and Railways are not
Liable for any loss/destruction/ damage, missing of contents and any
Compensation claimed on this account should be met by the contractor only.

The non-transferable bid forms are available for sale at Divisional office,
Commercial Branch, S. Railway Madurai-16, on payment of Rs.2192/- (Rupees
Two thousand one hundred and ninety two only) to Sr. Divisional Cashier (Pay)
Madurai Junction.

1. Last date for issue of bid forms from Divisional office : 26.11.2015
2. Last date for remitting Earnest Money Deposit : 27.11.2015
3. Last date for receipt of sealed Bids in Divl.office: 15.00 Hrs on 27.11.2015
4. Date and time of opening of bids: 15.30 Hrs on 27.11.2015
Bids should accompany the following documents:
 Original cash receipt for Rs. 98490/ from Divl cashier (pay) / Madurai towards
earnest money deposit.
 Current income tax clearance certificate from the competent authority
 Age proof
 Solvency certificate
 Experience if any in this field and
 Police verification certificate to prove antecedents of the applicants
