    Subject: - Regarding deploying two police constables at o/o gp rit upperli situated at
    village bassa on 08/07/2019 gram sabha .
    Respected Sir,
    With reference to the subject cited above and in compliance to resolution
    passed by the gram panchayat (copy attached) in this resolution gram panchayat needs the
    services of two constables on 08/07/ 2019 gram sabha. The services needed because the
    agenda of gram sabha is bpl addition and deletion and during the proceedings people
    shout at each other and using slang words against each other, also in previous gram sabha
    some gram sabha member trying to hit the govt officials . So for maintaining law and
    order situation during gram sabha and ensuring the safety of govt officials kindly deploy
    two constables at gp rit upperli on 08/07/2019 from 10.30 am to 04.00 pm.
