 Drawings, documents submission & approval from client/approving authority.
 Invoice planning for maintaining cash inflow & out flow.
 Attendance on all techno-commercial meeting with client..
 Preparation of Billing Break Up (BBU) and approval from client
 Cost control and preparation of add-on costing sheets, if applicable.
 Dispatch planning, dispatch instruction and release note for material to be invoiced.
 Reporting through Management Information System (MIS) and Project monitoring PPT’s.
 Updation of Change log and Issue log
 Submission of Monthly reports to client.
