MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between:

Staff Search Asia Service Cooperative., a non-profit, non-sectarian, non-political and


service oriented cooperative duly registered under and by virtue of the laws of the
Philippines, with principal office address at 574 Argo Building Corner P. Tuazon Cubao,
Quezon City, duly represented by the Human Resource Head, Ricardo Pacifico Aguirre
hereinafter referred to as SSA.

and

Barangay Tandang Sora. , with office address at #9 Don Jose St. Tandang Sora,
Quezon City duly represented by its Brgy. Captain, Marlou C. Ulanday, hereinafter
referred to as Brgy. Tandang Sora.

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, SSAis engaged in providing manpower outsourcing services catering to private


institutions and corporations, supports people management and deployment of personnel;

WHEREAS, Brgy. Tandang Sora is implementing the Job fair Program, which aims to
provide hope to youthand unemployed for employment facilitation.

WHEREAS, the herein contracting parties hereby acknowledge the joint responsibility
and undertaking in the pursuit of providing employment opportunity to the marginalized
young adults that is an identified goal offered by the Employment Program.

NOW THEREFORE, and in consideration of the mutual covenants, BOTH PARTIES


hereby agree and stipulate to enter into agreement under the following terms and conditions:

1. EFFECTIVITY:
This CONTRACT is effective for a period of _December 31, 2019

2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of SSA

2.1. Select the most suitable candidate for Employment program


2.2. Provide Guidelines in Requirement and Deployment process for hired applicants
2.3. Provide Employment Orientation and Food Safety Seminar
2.4. Provide Appropriate management for all deployed Applicants

3. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of Brgy. Tandang Sora

3.1. Provide SSA information on current manpower openings and qualifications.


3.2. Provide assistance to all hiring activities ( JobPosting, Flyers Distribution,
Announcements) without involving client’s name for any interest.

3.2.1. Provide venue for hiring and Jobfair
3.2.2. Abide by and implement the Child Protection Policy of Children International.

4. AMMENDMENT:

Should there be revisions from any of the clauses specified and if both party agree to
such revision, a written document should be prepared by the initiating party and use it
as an attachment to this contract.

5. OTHERS:

BOTH PARTIES shall, as need arises, give suggestions and recommendations for an
effective and efficient working relationship.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES have hereunto affixed their signatures this 28th day of
