Dear resident,

Councillors and the Council are supporting a new friends group for anyone who
lives, works, or has interest in China Town. It is currently being called We Love
China Town.

The group aims to bring together ideas, energy, and resources to improve China
Town—building on recent success and promoting it as a unique, cultural quarter
for residents, visitors, and the wider community.

An informal drop-in event is being held where you can share your ideas and find
out more about how you could become involved in the We Love China Town
group. It will take place at Manchester Art Gallery on Wednesday 3 July
between 3:30pm and 6pm.

If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us with the details at the
top of this letter. You can also contact us, using the details above, with wider
issues at any time. We are able to deal with most issues and can point you in the
right direction if we can’t help directly. If you would rather talk face to face, we
hold advice surgeries at the Central Library on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each
month excluding August and Bank Holidays.
