COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, ELENA R. PERICO, of legal age, widow, and a resident of Brgy.

Maynganay Sur, Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. Sometime in the afternoon of February 21, 2018, I and my sister

Zenaida Racca were having a conversation along the shoulder of the
National Highway of Brgy. Maynganay Sur, Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur, when
my neighbor Leticia Racca passed by;

2. Upon reaching her house which is just a few meters away she
pointed her finger towards me and uttered the following defamatory
remarks “AGU-UYONG ADDA PRWEBAK MANDALUYONG” (YOU’RE
INSANE I HAVE EVIDENCE FROM MANDALUYONG) which prompted
me to ask “DID I MENTION YOUR NAME”? but still keep on repeating
those defamatory words and similar imports;

3. To avoid any trouble. I just entered my house and watch

television when all of a sudden Romeo Racca husband of Leticia Racca
forcefully entered my house and once inside hit the back of my head with a
stone causing me to fell down;

4. The carpenters tried to pacify Romeo Racca but the latter in the
heat of anger told them “SAAN KAYO NGA BUMIBYANG DITOY TA
AGU-UYONG DATOY” but still my carpenters keep on telling him to stop
inflicting bodily harm on me and told him to leave;

5. Before leaving, Romeo Racca tried to hit me again with the

stone he was holding but because of the shouts coming from my
carpenters he immediately left the place;

6. I seek help by texting my son and siblings together with the

police authorities which they arrived a few minutes later and brought me
the Ilocos Sur District Hospital where I was treated of the wounds at the
back of my head;

7. Since I could still feel pain on my head I seek medication at I

locos Sur Medical Hospital-Gabriela Silang when I underwent CT-SCAN;

8. To date I could still feel the pain on my head and fear for my life
due to the continuing threat of Romeo Racca, who, in the past have also
inflicted physical harm on me. So to stop him from further harassing and
inflicting me physical violence I decided to file a case against him for
TRESSPASSING, GRAVE ORAL DEFAMATION and ATTEMPTED
HOMICIDE together with his wife Leticia Racca for “GRAVE ORAL
DEFAMATION”;

9. Attach herewith are the Extract Copies of the Police Blotter,

Medical Certificate, CT-SCAN FINDINGS, Certificate To File Action as well

as records of the past incidents wherein Romeo Racca and wife Leticia
Racca did similar criminal acts in the past;

10. That I am executing this Affidavit-Complaint to attest to the

correctness of the foregoing statement in support of my criminal complaint
against Romeo Racca and Leticia Racca.
