Online Applying Procedure for Under-Graduate

Registration Start from 25th of June, 2019 and last date to Apply is 15th of July, 2019.
Test will be held on 21st of July, 2019.

Visit UAF website http://uaf.edu.pk/ and read Eligibility Criteria/ other instructions
carefully before applying.

For online http://uaf.edu.pk/ or http://admissions.uaf.edu.pk/

1- First, click on Register with UAF and fill the Required Fields.
 Have a valid E-Mail address (like Gmail, Yahoo etc.)
 Valid CNIC/B-Form number of the candidate.
 Choose Password
2- After Register with UAF you will receive Confirmation Mail from UAF on your
Registered Email address.
3- Login your e-mail address and verify email by clicking on link sent by UAF and
Login on the UAF portal.
4- For Login write already given Email address and Password and click on the LOGIN button.
5- After Login, Complete your Profile with Correct Information and print fee voucher.
6- After Paying Voucher in given bank, Login again and Click on Apply Button.
7- Upload following Documents (Picture, Matric Certificate, FSC (Part-1), CNIC/B-Form).
8- Size of the Documents or Pictures must be less than 700kb and JPEG format.
9- After Uploading, choose your Nearest Test Center city, Choose the Correct Test
Stream and Print Roll No. Slip.
10- On Test Day bring your Roll No. Slip and Original CNIC/B-Form.

Note:

1. Choose correct Inter Certificate.

2. Test Center cannot be changed once you choose.
3. The correction will be made till due date 15th of July, 2019. After due date
Correction will not be accepted.
4. For Correction write an application and attach the relevant document. Without
document the correction will not be entertain.
