Guidelines for Pool Counselling of B.Ed. 2019

A joint meeting of Advisory and coordination committee of U.P. B.Ed. JEE

JEE-2019 was held on
25.06.2019 has resolved that-

In Pool Counselling scheduled to start from 228.06.2019 till 07.07.2019 (the schedule is available
on www.mjpru.ac.in and www.upbed2019.in
www.upbed2019.in)

The following candidates can participate

participate-

1. All those candidates with valid state rank but did not register in Round 1 & 2 counselling.
2. All those candidates who registered in Round 1 & 2 counselling but could not be allotted
any seat.
3. All those candidates who registered in Round 1 & 2 counselling and an allotted a seat but
could not pay the balance/confirmation college fee of Rs. 46250.00 of a self finance
college. Their advance college Fee of Rs. 5000.00 of Round 1 & 2 shall not be refunded.
4. The eligible candidates for Pool Counselling can register by paying online (Debit/Credit
Cards or Net banking) the following amount.
a) Non refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 750.00
b) Total College fee of Rs. 51250.00 for all candidates (Rs. 5000.00 for SC/ST Candidates
who claimed zero fee in their application form). This fee is refundable if college is not
allotted.

The following candidates can NOT participate in Pool counselling -

1. Who were allotted Aided/Government College in Round 1 & 2 irrespective of

balance/confirmation college fee paid or not paid, if applicable.
2. Who were allotted a self finance college in Round 1 & 2 and have paid the
balance/confirmation college fee.
3. The SC/ST candidates who have claimed zero fee and were allotted a seat in any
Aided/Government/Self
Self Finance College in Round 1 & 2.

Keeping in view of Hon’ble Allahabad High C Court

ourt judgment in writ petition 20426 of 2019 and
20482 of 2019. The vacant seats of both the streams after Round 2 are merged (No Stream
bifurcation of Arts and Science) in Pool Counselling.
