HYDRAULIC SPECIAL MANIFOLDS (VALVE BLOCK) & CYLINDERS for applications like
WIND MILLS, CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENTS, MACHINE TOOLS, SPM`s and many

We specialize in Manifold blocks with Screw-In type, Slip-In type Cartridge Valves,
Logic Valves & Cover Assemblies with working pressure up to 400 Bar and inspection
facilities for up to 1.5 times working pressure. We have a vast manufacturing experience of
more than 18,000 cavities in various types of Manifold Blocks in three types of materials,
namely Mild Steel, Aluminium Alloy, SG Iron & EN8.

All the cavity form tools & special tools are developed by us. We can develop any
type of cavity form tool required. We use quality imported seals, Bearing Bushes & Linear
Position Indicator Magnets for our Hydraulic cylinders.

For HINDUSTAN MOTORS, in 1995, we had designed, manufactured & supplied
HYDRAULIC SHUTTLE MANIFOLD (60 Nos) & COMBINATION MANIFOLD (30 Nos) for HM
6021 model and other cartridge type manifolds.

For L&T DEMAG, in 1997 – 2001, we had supplied number of manifolds for their
PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES & TYRE MAKING MACHINE

For METCONS ENGG. PVT. LTD., in 1998, we had indigenized a special manifold for
their import substitute HYDRAULIC GRANITE POLISHING MACHINE. Still we are supplying
for their CNC granite working machines.

For MERITT TECHNOLOGIES LTD., in 1997 – 2002, we had developed & supplied
many special type manifolds for their MINES automatic loading machines, DAM SLUICE
GATE Operating Systems & export projects.

For VESTAS RRB, since 2000 & 2002, we had indigenized the V-27 & V-47 model
WINDMILL Hydraulic POWER PACK manifold (OE Supply, Indirectly to VESTAS RRB).
Recently we had developed a similar Manifold for their EXPORT PROJECT in JAPAN.

Subsequently we have so far manufactured more than 200+ Nos. for V-27 (225
KW) & 800+ nos. for V-47 (500/600 KW) Windmills. We have machined these manifolds
with superior quality in three materials namely Mild Steel, Aluminium Alloy & Cast Iron.

As a part of our continuous development, we have indigenized the V-47 WINDMILL

HYDRAULIC PITCH CYLINDER (Main Cylinder – MILL TYPE DESIGN) - Stroke – 490
mm, Bore Dia 80 mm, Piston Rod – 40 mm, Working Pressure – 250 Bar. So far we
have supplied 40 Nos. of such cylinders for O & M clients operating in Aralvaimozhi &
Udumalaipet wind farms in South India.
